Is the end goal to have a completely open, public domain version of Matthew Henry's commentary? I know there are complete versions of the commentary on things like Logos or biblestudytools.com, but I imagine they are not in public domain (though BibleStudyTools is free to read). There are study Bibles out there with built-in commentaries on the bottom of the page. There are also freely available commentaries at biblestudytools.com which are over 100 years old and use the KJV. They are not perfect but they are useful. Source: over 1 year ago
