Info.com used to have a great nutrition calculator. One of the things I checked when I switched to veganism was if I was getting enough nutrients without animal products. Yup I got one of these this morning -Ledger Security Update. It does look pretty authentic but the source of the email gives it away. When I see its from some scammer whose email is like info.com. More likely Eastern Europe or Russian in origin. Just gets worse every year with scammers. Source: over 1 year ago
