Use Yandex browser, it translates very well in all languages and even separately in YouTube videos. I might be wrong, but it looks like your start page has been set to opera.com/gx . This would explain why resetting your pixelbook still opens this page as the settings are synced in your chrome browser. Source: about 2 years ago
