I finally discovered Yam Display. I use it through the USB connection and it works fantastic. No lag whatsoever and the image quality is better than Duet. Yam's instructions are a little weird. You actually just get the Yam Display app from the app store on your ipad, and then go to yamdisplay.com to get the client for your computer. Good call out, though luckily I will be able to install apps. I'll probably try "second monitor" via wireless, but if that isn't up to the task I'll buy Super Display - https://superdisplay.app/ which allows for wired connectivity and even lets the tablet run at 120hz! Source: 12 months ago
No, there is no android Bluebeam app. I have a few options for PDF markups, but I most frequently use Bluebeam on the PC and the Boox e-reader app (NeoReader) on the Boox. NeoReader has a similar feature where it saves the PDF automatically on exit, and can export vector marks on the PDF (however editing the vector markups is a little buggy/limited).
