Our app puts three core values to the fore: simplicity, visualization, and consensus.
By creating an infinite canvas where cards, much like sticking notes, resemble a neatly organized collection of inter-related ideas. They serve as units of thoughts with clear borders, displayed on a squeaky-clean white canvas.
To preclude the document from becoming messy as the number of cards augments, we betted on functions that are clear-cut and intuitive. They include drag’n’drops; deep dive; tabs within a document; embedded pictures, videos, and links; sub-pages. As a result, the users get a well-organized, easy-to-navigate space.
Rather than providing bits and pieces of scattered information, the tool gives you a bird’s-eye view of the cards, creating the big picture.
Pillared by simplicity and visualization, the app offers a collaborative space for teams to work together in real-time, sharing cards and elaborating on ideas.
Otter.ai uses an AI Meeting Assistant to transcribe meetings in real time, record audio, capture slides, extract action items, and generate an AI meeting summary.

I switched from Notion because xtiles is a simple but powerful tool for knowledge management. It's not about functionality, but about use cases, that both products help with. For instance, if you need to create a strict knowledge base for the team and save data, then the notion works. But if you want to save your knowledge and reuse it in the future - you'll definitely get more value using xtiles. Great product!
Otter.ai might be a bit more popular than xTiles App. We know about 1 link to it since March 2021 and only 1 link to xTiles App. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I would highly recommend xtiles. After trying, notion, obsidian, logseq, craft, anytype, slite, and many other alternatives, I decided to go for Xtiles. Of course, there are many existing solutions like Otter.ai or Fathom in the market. But in case you want to build a tool yourself and customize the output of it, then you are on the same page as me. This is weird but I wonder if you could use something like https://otter.ai/. Record your notes as you are going. That should give you at least text of all of your welds. You’d still have to punch it later. Seems like there’s got to be a better way to do this. Stopping every time to break your flow sounds like a huge pain in the ass. Curious what you come up with. Job laptop -> 3.5mm aux (this turns into speaker output) -> 3.5mm mic/audio splitter (this turns into microphone input) -> 3.5mm to usb-c adapter (cause my macbook only has 1 3.5mm aux) --> now the personal macbook has a new "mic input" from the job laptop. Which you can use to pipe audio into otter.ai to transcribe audio. You have to manually name them, but they learn in subsequent meetings. Source: 6 months ago
