Well not really, Ansible, Matrix and IRC are all not really apps, Ansible is an automation framework and Matrix and IRC are both protocols that any app can integrate with. The Matrix Gnome client is https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Fractal and there are decent looking IRC clients over the years but most are using awful stuff like XChat which looks like the screenshot on their website http://xchat.org/. Also, yes, you would have to open a different page (and make an account) to use discord. If you dont like the account part you could create a WebIRC server and use https://mibbit.com/ to integrate it into your webpage, but I would get someone technical to handle that lol. Source: 10 months ago
Try a webbased IRC client. There's a server list built in. It doesn't get easier than this. Https://mibbit.com/. Source: over 1 year ago
First try the web-based ones - https://kiwiirc.com/ - https://mibbit.com/. Source: almost 2 years ago
Maybe a web-based IRC client could serve you well, such as mibbit.com if you only want to get to one particular server and channel.. It might be easier to just visit a web site such as this, punch in the server, channel & nickname details, and whala.. Than to install an application if you're not particularly techie. Just 2 cents.
