I just realized I can use this to see who is ignoring GDPR as well. Scanning a few sites I know I see a lot of tracking scripts load up right away. Took a closer look at this now that I'm not on a phone. it's certainly reminiscent of ansi style, but looks like pixel art? From a technical standpoint since you asked about specifications: ANSI is a textmode artform made using IBM codepage 437. If you want to try making ansi art proper the easiest way to jump in is to download a copy of the moebius drawing program and go at it with the default settings..... Source: about 1 year ago
