We use upvoty for a few months now, every month they add some new cool features. They listen to their customers very carfully. They should be, otherwise their tool does not work :-D
I have been waiting a long time for a beautiful and easy to use feedback tool - Upvoty is it. Upvoty also nails all the little things.
This tool really helps our customers provide feedback and priorities to our Product, and Development teams. We were able to implement this directly into our app which creates a seamless experience for our users.

Are you looking to send emails through the server directly ? You should never do that. Instead, you first need to choose an SMTP provider (mailgun, postmark etc) and then use a WOrdPress plugin that can use that SMTP. My organization, a non-profit, uses Gsuite for email, so I'm thinking sending via that server might be all around a better idea. I see WP Mail SMTP by WPForms – The Most Popular SMTP and Email Log Plugin and some others in the plugin repository that look like they might do what I'm looking for. Source: over 1 year ago
I also want to recommend the WP Mail SMTP plugin. It makes setting up email really easy, including swapping out email services. I'm not sure how you'd integrate it into a custom app, but I'm sure it can be done. Source: almost 2 years ago
