Are you looking to send emails through the server directly ? You should never do that. Instead, you first need to choose an SMTP provider (mailgun, postmark etc) and then use a WOrdPress plugin that can use that SMTP. I highly suggest using this one : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
I suggest a plugin like WP Mail SMTP (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/) and set up the website to send email using SMTP. Source: 11 months ago
Typically you'd need to be making sure your site is configured to send email through your actual mail server, using something like WP Mail SMTP. Source: over 1 year ago
My organization, a non-profit, uses Gsuite for email, so I'm thinking sending via that server might be all around a better idea. I moved from Mailchimp some years back because the cost was going to be a major burden, especially once they changed how they calculate their pricing (anyone you've been in contact with, even if they are unsubscribed and you aren't allowed to communicate with them, counts against your cap). At the time, ActiveCampaign was a cheaper but still full featured option. However, I never really needed all the features... - Source: dev.to / 9 months ago
I also would like to plug mailjet.com. I added email this week and I wanted an email provider with that ticked the following boxes:. Source: about 1 year ago
Email is hard. I spent a couple of days trying to figure out what would be a good fit for Disk Notifier. In the end, I settled for Mailjet.
