Absolutely! My symptoms are much worse with low barometric pressure from rain or wind. If a rain system moves in for several days and the barometric pressure remains steady, I acclimate after a day or two. But if it rains, then clears for a day, then rains again, etc. (same with wind), I'm miserable.
