  I just recently received an email, asking me to join TELUS International's Labor Cloud on WorkMarket. While the link directs to the legit workmarket.com platform, the Labor Cloud posts there barely contain any info to go by.   My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
