• Is there a static site generator that is a good CMS replacement for a non-technical client? Something as simple as WordPress would be to publish changes?

  There are a few SSG that come with a (local, ie. Run it locally) CMS. A better option, imo, is to choose any SSG you like, written in a language you know and add Spinal as the CMS.
