I recommend Wire. It's end-to-end encrypted, and it's so secure governments use it. It's free if you just download it. It does not ask for any personal information except an email account to sign up with, and you can quickly make a new email with protonmail. I'm doing a little investigative work... While I was giving a personal training using my screen sharing program join.me, the participant had a voice come over his computer.
