Winno is an iOS app that I’ve been using and it’s amazing. They don’t have a web app, however that is in the pipeline. For now you can join their discord server and there is a bot that posts summaries. (Unfortunately the read-more urls are only available within the app) The only downsides I’ve found is that the only way they make money is buymeacoffee. Lately I've been messing around with one called mmm.page, it's pretty fun and focuses on capturing your own aesthetic. The paid plan to connect your domain costs 10 USD a month.
