  It is well known that windows does not play well with anything boot related. Veracrypt needs to install a bootloader in order to properly boot, and windows often modifies the UEFI that is likely to cause conflicts. Obviously, it's intended to indicate that something isn't right, but I get no information.   For redundancy, why don't you look at one more copy of your data or what you believe to be important in cloud? Wasabi or Backblaze look like perfect candidates to me.
