Delete some things to get a bit of space, then download windirstat. This application scans your drive and provides a nice way to see your whole drive and what's taking up the most space. Well yeah, I mean no one forces you to use Explorer for file management under Windows. I'm an old-time Norton Commander user, and when Windows came around I switched to Total Commander.
