Go to their main page ( wikileaks.org ) instead of using whatever link that is, and browse through their content or use their search to find the specific content you're looking for. I also recommend installing the Google Dictionary extension, and reading some articles on vox.com, so when you see a word that you don't know the meaning of, you can double-click it and it'll show what it means.
