I deployed whoogle search at home. For laptops it is rather easy to define it as the default search for alfred and the respective browser, but for iOS devices I have not found a way (except some rather clunky and intrusive extensions) to change the default search engine beyond what Apple tells you. You should definitely check for "Do not sell my personal information" notices (and whether or not you have disabled them) as well as sites like https://haveibeensold.app/, https://haveibeenpwned.com/, and https://breachdirectory.org/. Aside from that, you should try using a VPN and firefox w/ duckduckgo for a few weeks consistently. After that, simply getting your home IP changed by your ISP should stop all...
