According to my calorie calculator (https://whisk.com/recipe-nutrition-calculator/) if you serve it in 4 servings it’s 418 cal/serving, but I think with my portions it makes closer to 6 serving sizes, so that’s how I measured. Source: about 1 year ago
Yep, this works for home made recipes as well. You can even use a site like this one to help you get the calories in a recipe..
