I have a secondary home router dedicated to taking Roku and PS4 traffic and rewriting DNS traffic to go to We's SmartDNS server. The WAN IP appears to be different on each website "what is my ip" like 1XX.XX.XX.{15,18,24,25,28} etc. When I click "update IP" on wevpn.com it usually changes the last digit a little like .12 to .14, but SmartDNS works either way. Maybe check out Atlas VPN? It's a pretty new name in the market, but it works great when it comes to torrenting, has some cool features and I personally like the mobile application a lot - works smoothly and has a nice interface, easy to use (and that's great, especially if you're planning on using it when traveling).
