Webflow is a bit more complex but once you understand how the elements stack and interact it gets easier, like any software it can be a little bit overwhelming. Webflow has webflow university which will answer pretty much any question you have from a google search. They also have a very active discord server with helpers. I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io?
