If you are even considering switching to a new hosting provider... switch over to WebDock without looking back. For the money, it is a great service. It is not for anyone being serious about their hosting, especially if it should be used for business or for a large number of visitors. Besides, their support is really worth it for me. It's really worth the extra money just for that!
All I can say that I am fully impressed by Webdock hosting service now. You guys are awesome and we really appreciate all you have done for us. The help from both the phone team and the ticket system through the night was 1st class and delivered professionally and efficiently.
