It doesn't only affect this kind of very exotic bootstrap applications but also significantly limits rusts usefulness in many other areas. I tried using duckduckgo by typing "Something so profoundly fucked up between the inverse ratio of shrinking middle class and ever increasing aggression of advertisement site:tumblr.com".
