Weasis is a multipurpose standalone and web-based DICOM viewer with a highly modular architecture. It is a very popular clinical viewer used in healthcare by hospitals, health networks, multicenter research trials, and patients.
Flexible integration with any PACS, RIS, HIS or PHR can be done with the DICOM and DICOMWeb standard interface. It allows high-quality renderings with high performance through the OpenCV library.
It has been designed to meet several expectations of clinical information systems and their future evolution regarding medical imaging: providing web-based access to radiological images, as well as covering a considerable number of DICOM types and offering multimedia capabilities.

But when I decided to make changes, I quickly realized that there's simply no tools for my need. You cannot add even simple text or an image. Customization is really limited in general.
So, if you're looking for something more than just a list of links, you should keep looking,

I'm on a robotics team and we have an email associated with all of our accounts, relevantly our linktr.ee accounts. On our public linktr.ee we have a contact form. But since this Gmail isn't anyones primary email the notification might get missed. Is it possible to have a bot that can notify us when we get an email? If so can we make it show the email text itself? Or even sort through the email and only notify us... Source: 7 months ago
Open your own https://linktr.ee/ account. You will also get a free DA90 link from it as well.
