It's pretty much like the idea behind wavepaths (https://wavepaths.com/) but instead of having expensive subscription, and based on propriatary source and algorithm, it would be just the opposite, free, open source, and crowd sourcing the work of tagging songs. If you are looking for one that's closer to the old Tenor /gifs, we found GoGif to be pretty close (https://gogifapp.com/), though I really miss the ability to bake your own annotation onto the top of gifs that the old /gifs command had haha. Source: almost 2 years ago
