I don't get it either. I use wavebox, which as far as I can tell has all the same features as Arc, as well more features. It's stable, fast and built off chromium just like Arc. When Delicious was sold I stopped using it, and realised I didn't miss bookmarking and hardly ever read any of my bookmarks anyway.
