Tabserve might be a bit more popular than Warp. We know about 4 links to it since March 2021 and only 3 links to Warp. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
In addition to ISPC, some of this is also done in software fallback implementations of GPU APIs. In the open source world we have SwiftShader and Lavapipe, and on Windows we have WARP[1]. If you use D3D11 or D3D12, those come with a software rasterizer by default so you can do graphics programming even without a GPU. It's called WARP and it's what Windows uses to e.g. Render the desktop and stuff before you install your graphics drivers. Source: almost 2 years ago
