I just saw Walnut.io [1] demo for another product today. I skipped through most of the demo, did not really understand anything about the product. I think it is not the tool but really depends on who and how these product tours are built. In the spirit of transparency, let’s name and shame Hirevue, who, in near comedic levels of villainy, collected biometric data without asking for permission (lawsuit #1). They then went even further and decided to make this biometric data account for up to 30% of the candidate’s score (lawsuit #2). I’ll include a quote from the second lawsuit:.
