What is it? ChurnTarget helps you detect your customers that may soon be leaving your SaaS. By doing this, you can reach out to them before they actually leave, giving you more time to convince them to stay.
How does it work? There's nearly no integration to be made to make it work. You have to gather your customer's information in an excel, and upload it to your dashboard on our website, and initiate your report. Machine Learning algorithms will then go through your data, and find links between previous churns to give you a list of the customers which are the most likely to churn in the following weeks.
When will this be live? This is still an early version but we expect it to be ready in the following weeks. If you're interested, you can already sign up and talk to us. We lately used it at a job fair and it was a huge draw. We also use it on an ongoing basis to show our social media presence quickly without having to pull up the individual platforms. All in all, I found it the quickest way to present what I wanted to a variety of audiences. It's a great social media engagement tool.
I like that we can curate content using both a hashtag and a social feed. Being able to combine content from more than one place keeps content fresh, and use of a hashtag makes posting easy for end-users.
