The problem is you want a free provider. The only one I know of which meets your requirements is Vivaldi mail. I don't know if it's good. The company is reputable and worthy of trust. It also offers an email client embedded in its browser. Source: almost 2 years ago

Then browse to https://webmail.vivaldi.net and be happy. Vivaldi Webmail is totally independent of the email client integrated in the web browser, everything else still works the same. I'd recommend https://m.kuku.lu/ for e-mails. You can choose your own username, password and also use 2FA and don't need to enter any additional information. I also use it for school mail. Source: about 1 year ago
