  • is the vivaldi webmail an email client or an email provider? how secure it is?
Vivaldi has both a Webmail (as in an Email service online like GMail) and Vivaldi Mail (AKA M3) that is an Email Client built into Vivaldi and you don't have to use Vivaldi Webmail to use it. Source: over 1 year ago
  • How do I search for words in email headers in Vivaldi Mail?
So what do you see? Can you post a screenshot? Are you maybe looking at webmail? The instructions you posted are for the integrated mail client, not for the webmail.vivaldi.net webmail interface. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • What are some pretty-private email providers that I could use with neomutt?
The problem is you want a free provider. The only one I know of which meets your requirements is Vivaldi mail. I don't know if it's good. The company is reputable and worthy of trust. It also offers an email client embedded in its browser. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Vivaldi Mail 1.0: A powerful email client built right into your browser.
Then browse to https://webmail.vivaldi.net and be happy. Vivaldi Webmail is totally independent of the email client integrated in the web browser, everything else still works the same. The integrated mail client can download / sync emails with any POP3 or IMAP account, among them also the webmail service Vivaldi offers. Source: almost 2 years ago

  • [Request] Here is a drawing of a cat. Unfortunately a superhacker form the future is after it (the hacker has dyson-sphere super computers etc.). I encrypt the cat using a random number from 1 to N as password, and the hacker knows this as well. What N do you recommend? WHY? (math too pls)
Though FWIW my real answer, if you were asking this as a practical question rather than an educational exercise, would be to find some existing standard encryption program and use that. Something like GPG, perhaps, or even the built-in encryption in your computer's filesystem. It's going to be plenty good enough. Source: about 1 year ago
