  You should make sure that you keywords are in good rankings. Because if you have good keywords that lots of people are searching for, you can slowly get better when it comes to views.   Thanks a lot for the comments! I have already registered the company in the US market. We started Google CPC campaigns with a smaller budget. Yes, we are seeing users registering now.
