It doesn't seem like the company is treating employees evenly across the board. It also doesn't seem like they have systems in place to have fully documented the things they're accusing her of. Either of those could be grounds for a wrongful dismissal suit/settlement. It could be an especially worthwhile payout if she had accrued some seniority there. I decided to try to find an online dentist and found this site, justanswer.com that offered access to chat with a dentist for $2.
