For the script I used chat gpt, for the voiceovers the best website I could find was eleven labs (it has the realest voice but you only get 10000 words for free but you can easily switch emails).   Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough.
