    The Veteran's Canteen Service is excellent for discounted tires. When I was getting my tires installed the guy told me it's one of the best deals out there. You get the tires at fleet pricing costs for which you don't pay any tax. You do have to pay for installation and you do have to pay taxes on the cost of installation.
