Would try looking into agencies like https://aquent.com/ , https://solomonpage.com/ , https://www.24seventalent.com/ or https://www.creativecircle.com/ (never had any luck with creative circle, but groups like Solomon Page got me a job that ended up being a full time job for 5+ years before I left). Well...yes, you can find part-time work or freelance, but that might make it hard to provide yourself with the necessities you need to have time and space to create art: shelter, food, transportation, etc. Also, most employers are going to want a full-time employee.
