I found this website (https://uxtools.co) that I feel is a good example of a clear layout, you can see right away the call to action with the newsletter and then you can identify the different segments of the website, there's resources, articles, videos and you notice because of the layout that it is not just one big page with a lot of buttons, the design is guiding your eyes and attention. Automated tagging is a very difficult problem to solve for unless you provide a lot of preconfigured rules etc. However something like userbit can help you get there with features like bulk-tagging, etc. You can also split interviews by questions so you can do the analysis question by question.
