I opted to use the parcel forwarding service https://www.reddit.com/r/USGoBuy/ because Fusionteas do not ship directly to Nigeria. However, when the package came at the warehouse of usgobuy.com, there is no option to add a credit card or PayPal so that I could proceed with delivering my Kefir grain. I... I've used usgobuy.com about a dozen times. I use it when a US business refuses to ship internationally. They give you a US address, then you receive a notification when something arrives, and you arrange to have it forwarded to you (they offer repackaging services, etc). Source: over 2 years ago

Try opas.com, a forwarding service that gives you a US address to order to. Cannot guarantee that they service Israel (I am in Sweden), but should do.
