Https://upload.teknik.io/ Seems to be pretty promising, have to create a free account to have the files be kept longer than a day https://upload.disroot.org/ Again pretty promising, only downside is a small preview image so downloading the file is a must to see details Https://fileup.pro/ as simple as it gets it seems. Works on chrome & windows for me. You could try 'upload.teknik.io' rather than 'u.teknik.io'. Source: about 3 years ago
