Did a quick search and didn't see UpCloud mentioned. Having used AWS, GCP, Azure and DigitalOcean, one of the strong points of UpCloud (except for their pricing and product offerings) have been their customer interaction. Try to check kamatera.com they have datacenter in HK. I'm using their VPS but other locations. So far they are reliable but a little bit expensive compare to vultr and digitalocean. Source: 12 months ago
