Untask is a project manager virtual assistant that uses artificial intelligence and the company’s data to determine which tasks each team member should be working on. In order to do that, it keeps all of the tasks always prioritized, and it can predict when the entire project will be done.
Its mission is to make creative and dynamic teams more efficient. Untask’s proprietary technology can minimize the need for some face-to-face meetings, enabling teams to focus on their work and not on meetings and processes.
An average team of 10 people would save 90 hours per month from attending meetings, which would then be used to work on their core product instead. This is discounting the loss in productivity caused by work interruptions to participate in these meetings. The results from these meetings are still achieved by Untask’s use of artificial intelligence and data analysis.
