To be honest, I'm developing this for myself, I'm not sure if I would even release it publicly since most people are not comfortable sharing email access with 3rd parties (and rightfully so). Most of these are just newsletters and typical spam. They have your email to send you this stuff from when you made your old accounts. You can unsubscribe from each service manually (usually a small "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email). Or try this tool to unsubscribe from most of them quickly. Source: about 1 year ago

Checkout getroman.com, they are legit. They have actual Viagra and the generic version, which would be safer than what you are looking for. If you're in the US, try hellowisp.com, lemonaid.com, getroman.com, another doctor, Planned Parenthood, GoodRx.com - just find some antivirals. The websites will deliver to you - some will use your insurance and send the prescription to your local pharmacy. Source: about 2 years ago

A guy not getting it up is the most disappointing event, ever. Especially if you are inviting another guy in...look into meds. getroman.com will have you talking to a dr.
