    Https://uopeople.edu/ is the only accredited university that generally has no tuition. There are other no-tuition schools, but they have several requirements like joining the military, being from a certain ethnic group, studying only very narrow fields, etc. If you are interested in more leads on these, I can help you. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
