If you'd like to download it I use this thingy you can get the dub here. They offer Google drive and direct download at different resolutions. They have that weird wait for the link kind of thing for the Google drive idk about the ddl but in order to get past that I use this chrome extension and it skips all the annoying crap that usually pops up when you get a link shortening ad service. Usually codes should be redeemable via the Bethesda account (https://quake.bethesda.net/en) or the Steam library. But unfortunately I have no idea what kind of account you get with Game Pass.
