• Bought my first laptop for my education after years of being homeless, hope I invested my money right.

  CS is computer science. Also check out edx.com It is hosted by Harvard and if you pay for the course which is very little you get a certificate from them. There is also groupings of courses were you can get a business certificate. Also check out udemy.com. Wait for the specials for $10-15. • Rant - Anyone else having trouble finding a job?

  Core coding and IT skills are a must though. Pick a language you followed and liked at Uni, check there is decent job demand for it, and do a udemy.com course on it (great value, great content, very cheap). Pair this with a major cloud (Azure or AWS) qualification which is pretty much a must these days, and you're much more attractive as an applicant. Source: 11 months ago

  I am studying Salesforce administrator fundamentals at udemy.com. I am taking this course where the instructor provides a checklist of all the topics/subjects you will see in the test. For example, according to the instructor, who passed his administrator certification on his first try, teach the specific concepts you will see in the test.   If you're prepared to do self-study, take a look at the udemy.com learning site. I paid somewhere in the region of £15 (they retail for around £60-70 in general but always come on sale at some point) for a number of courses (incl. languages). • Am I making a mistake by hosting 20 websites on a single server?

  I'm in the process of moving all my Wordpress sites over to getflywheel.com. The pricing is comparable to running my own server (which I also do) but I don't have to worry about uptime, backups, etc. I also like that every site I publish gets attached to their content network (think Akamai or similar) so that site outages are eliminated.   If you want to keep your life simple, you can use a Wordpress boutique host like Flywheel as they make it all easy to operate for someone without a ton of experience, and they have awesome support.
