EssaybotIt is very well built with simplicity in mind. There are several themes and all of them look amazing. I love the "typewriter" and "focus" mode. In contrast with other apps that focus the current window and remove all visibility options, Typora goes one step ahead and fades down all other paragraphs as well.
I was extremely disappointed. Despite its claims of being a powerful writing tool, it failed to deliver on its promises. The suggestions it provided were often irrelevant and unhelpful, and the content it generated was frequently plagiarized and of poor quality. I would strongly advise against using this tool
I had high hopes for this tool, but it was a complete letdown. It's slow, unintuitive, and produces work that's riddled with errors. I found myself spending more time trying to fix the issues caused by the tool than actually writing

Evernote was ok for a little bit, but the only thing it really did for me was search... Once I realized that I switched tactics. I organized my life into domains, and got okay at using grep to replace it. My saving grace that I would pay twice for is https://typora.io.
