For #3, this is just a matter of practice. I got good at this by regularly doing this sight: https://typing.io/ and choosing a different programming language (don't worry if your not a programmer -- the point of this is the frequency of symbols you will have to type while practicing)... Finally installed DesktopOK by SoftwareOK.com. It's a bit of a Swiss Army Knife application. It has a "Tools" setting to enable an Alt+MouseDrag to move and/or resize any window by using a precedence key + mouse movement.
