For #3, this is just a matter of practice. I got good at this by regularly doing this sight: https://typing.io/ and choosing a different programming language (don't worry if your not a programmer -- the point of this is the frequency of symbols you will have to type while practicing)... I had a really useful website bookmarked in the past, which let you enter a keyboard shortcut and see what programs used that same shortcut.
