  • Looking for people to join my upcoming open source project that is Tynker but completely free
Scratch is coding for kids. tynker.com is scratch but with an actual curriculum and it's paid. I'm looking to make an open source project that will be tynker but completely free, to encourage coding among kids. Any type of developer will do, front-end, back-end, app developers, designers, they are all welcome. If you are interested dm ! Apple (~~$~~)#1899 on discord or contact me at cuberlouis@gmail.com. PreQuilt mentions (7)

  • Quilting
Prequilt does what you are asking, I think even the free version. https://prequilt.com. Source: about 1 year ago
  • I have a billion squares… is there a program that I can use to visually arrange these? (More details in comments)
PreQuilt is a desktop app with a subscription (you can pay it for a single month the one time if you want) that allows for this kind of design work. It’s not exactly cheap, but I saw it like a class or workshop on how to design my first quilting pattern. Without the app I would have had a much harder time, as the app can take into account seam allowance and fabric width (if I remember right), create blocks, etc. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Is there an equation?
For your dyscalculia, I'd use graph paper to see this. Or, I think something PreQuilt might be a huge help! Source: over 1 year ago
  • Here's a question for the hive mind!

  • Finished piecing it, now to quilt! Planning on trying hand quilting for the first time but unsure how I want to quilt it
The pattern is a Ribbonpole quilt it's made using HST and was from this YouTube video I don't know what size the quilt in the tutorial is but I used the demo version of prequilt to size it down for a baby blanket and plan it out! Source: over 2 years ago
