Scratch is coding for kids. tynker.com is scratch but with an actual curriculum and it's paid. I'm looking to make an open source project that will be tynker but completely free, to encourage coding among kids. Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something.
